About the event
Every month we aim to join a Saturday parkrun to raise awareness for Shining Hope and our mission.
We don't get to it every week but as many as possible. If we will be attending the parkrun, we announce it here and on social media by the Tuesday prior.
We love to have our community join us! We're always up or a chat if you need to air anything or just to be in gentle quiet company as we are immersed in nature.
You don't need to register with us, only at the official parkrun site (below). If you feel inclined, give us a shout out on social media if you're going. When you get there, look for us in our Shining Hope t-shirts and introduce yourself!
